Meet the Team
I grew up in Perth and am proud to be raising my beautiful children, Chase and Stella, in such a wonderful city. As a Specialist Orthodontist, I’ve spent years mastering the intricacies of my profession, studied the latest procedures and perfected the most prudent treatments. And honestly, for most of that time, I thought I was just learning how to straighten teeth. But I’ve discovered something else in the process that is far more rewarding. One of the greatest pleasures of my life is to see a patient come into my office as a shy, self conscious teen, and leave as a confident and happy young adult. I’ve been blessed with the ability to create a smile. But I think even more importantly, I have the remarkable privilege of being able to enhance self confidence. To play a part in changing a young person’s perception of themselves and how they are perceived by those around them. I transform smiles, and along the way I change kids lives. On the weekend, you’ll find me down at Cottesloe Beach spending time with my wife Sally, and running after Chase and Stella – which has become part of my training. I have run both the Boston Marathon and Chicago Marathon in support of the kids at Starlight Children’s Foundation, and am planning to run the Berlin Marathon later this year. They say you can take the boy out of Boston, but you can’t take Boston out of the boy. As such, I’m also an avid supporter of the Boston Red Sox, New England Patriots and the Boston Celtics!
Chief Operating Officer
I’m a busy Mum with two young kids. I have 14 years experience with Investment Banks in Sydney, London and Perth and completed a Bachelor of Laws / Bachelor of Commerce at UWA. I focus on making our practice a fantastic place to be – for both patients and staff alike. I worked in the corporate world for many years and it’s been a breath of fresh air to work in a place dedicated to making people feel good about themselves. I spend my weekends with my family – my beautiful children Chase and Stella and my amazing husband.
I’m an energetic Mum of three fun-loving children. I’m also a Hygienist who recently joined the world of orthodontics after 14 years in general dentistry. I’ve completed both an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene as well as an Advanced Certificate in Dental Assisting. I spend my weekends with my family and we love going on camping holidays to the beach. Most people don’t know this, but I wanted to be an Olympian or elite sportsperson when I grew up!
I’m a busy working Mum with more than 11 years experience in the dental industry. I focus on enhancing the experience for new patients and enjoy educating people on their orthodontic options and what to expect when they start treatment with us. I’ve just had braces bonded with Dr Siva so can speak from experience! I love spending time with my family on the weekend, particularly with my little boy, who has a wild imagination and is a real little character.
I am a proud mother of 3 and grandmother of 6 children, with lots of experience dealing with people having grown up in Kalgoorlie with 10 brothers and sisters. At the Front Desk I focus on making our practice a warm and friendly environment for our patients to visit and enjoy coming to work as no two days are the same. My weekends are busy spending time with family members, catching up with friends and going to the movies. I’m an avid West Coast Eagles supporter and there’s always some Eagles/Dockers banter at Front Desk during the AFL season!
I’m the bubbly assistant in the clinic who is often making jokes. I’ve completed both a Certificate III and IV in Dental Assisting and started my career in General Dentistry. I find Orthodontics really rewarding and feel I’m part of a life-changing experience for our patients. The joy on a child’s face when their braces come off is just amazing. On the weekends I enjoy catching up with friends – we’ll either be adventurous or couch potatoes, whatever takes our fancy. But watch out, I dominate at a game of darts!
I’m the small and compact Hygienist you’ll meet in Dr Siva’s clinic – some people joke I’m still waiting for my growth spurt to kick in! I love working in Orthodontics, getting to know my patients and see their smile evolve into something wonderful. Its really great working in such a modern clinic and using the latest technology to achieve amazing results. I play badminton (socially!) on the weekends and love to travel. I’ve started a bucket list and am trying to cross some things off it!
Oral Health Therapist
I’m a happy-go-lucky country girl who joined the team as a graduate fresh out of uni after completing a Bachelor of Oral Health Therapy. I love getting to know our patients and working in such a fun-loving and easy-going team – it makes a huge difference coming to the office each day when you love what you do. I spend my weekends exploring Perth and have recently taken up stand up paddle boarding. Always up for a new adventure, I have my heart set on climbing to Base Camp of Mt Everest with my sister!
I’m a hardworking and energetic Mum of three very active boys. I’ve worked in the dental industry for more than 28 years and have experience across General Dentistry, Periodontics and now Orthodontics. I enjoy working with a such a friendly and dynamic team focussed on providing the best care for our patients. The continuing education we receive in orthodontics is second to none and ensures we stay p-to-date with the latest developments and technology. I love going away caravanning with my family and friends at any opportunity. I also love dancing and until my mid-20s I competed in and taught ballroom dancing.
I’m the energetic and friendly Dental Nurse you’ll see in the clinic, always wearing a smile from ear to ear. I completed my Certificate III in Dental Assisting and decided to launch my career in the specialist field of orthodontics. It’s fantastic being part of a friendly team who create a vibrant work environment that I love being part of each day. When I was younger I always wanted to be a singer and I’m fortunate enough for this to be possible – on weekends I’m the lead singer for a band performing at birthdays and events. I’m also a ‘closet creative’ and love all things artistic – painting, sketching, crafts – you name it!
I’m a go-getter who embraces change and new challenges – a Brazilian girl making her dream of living in Australia comes true. I work ‘backstage’ setting up the brackets position on models at the beginning of treatment and making the trutains that will ‘retain’ the great results achieved by Dr. Siva’s treatment. I love travelling with my husband, especially to places where we can go sightseeing on foot, meet new people, discover new cultures and taste new wines. A budding actress when I was younger, I returned to acting classes when I finished uni as a hobby but found belly dancing more exciting!
After growing up in China and living in London, I moved to Australia with my husband for the relaxed lifestyle and beautiful weather. I’m a qualified Dental Assistant but also I have a background in Civil Engineering so find the technical aspects of orthodontics and biomechanics fascinating. I really enjoy working in a friendly team environment and love seeing a patient’s smile when we take their braces off. I’ve grown up travelling the world and have visited more than 10 countries across Europe, Africa and Asia.
I’m an energetic mother of two active girls and handle both accounts receivable and payable. I’ve spent more than 10 years in Dentistry and 12 years running my family business. I really enjoy using my unique skills to work towards a common goal and love being in such a fabulous workplace. I spend my weekends running between kids sports and enjoying the company of my family and friends. I’m a morning person so there’s no sleep-ins for me – it’s a 4.45am start for me every day!
I’m a devoted wife and mother to a beautiful little girl. I’m a qualified dental assistant with additional qualifications in radiography. I assist Dr. Siva and the Therapists deliver care to our patients, trying to make the journey as smooth as possible. It’s a wonderful feeling to take a shy, self-conscious patient through their treatment and see the smile on their face when their orthodontic journey is complete. On the weekend I love to spend time with my husband and daughter either out and about or relaxing at home. Family time is very important to me.
